All prices include R.T. air charter from Cancun to the Island. Deluxe seaside accommodations, all meals, snorkeling, sea kayaking, bicycling, natural history excursions, birding, use of all recreational equipment, non-bottled beverages. Fishing rates include guide & boat beverages. It does not include alcoholic beverages, use of the phone, laundry, guide service and staff gratuities.

Partial Week Itineraries
Itineraries for partial week packages should begin or end on a Saturday. The lodge will not accept reservations which span a Saturday since this would eliminate the possibility of booking two full week packages. Additional air charter charges will apply for groups for which extra flights are required. See Air Charter Surcharges.

Air Charter Surcharges for all Late Arrival,
Early Departure & Partial Week Itineraries
The cost of the air charter from Cancun to the island is included in the rates on the Price List, but these rates apply only to flights on Saturday. For itineraries requiring travel on days other than Saturday, there will be a surcharge based on the number of passengers on the flight. These surcharges will apply to all late arrivals, canceled or delayed airline flights, early departures from the lodge and to all partial week itineraries.

1 pass = $860; 2 pass = $430 pp; 3 pass = $287 pp; 4 pass = $215 pp.

Fishing / Non Fishing Package Supplement
Anyone reserving space for a Non Fishing guest and a Fishing guest, sharing a room / single boat, must add $450.00 to the DO Fishing rate.

Tarpon Lagoon Fishing & Guides
The Tarpon Lagoon fishing is very limited and is NOT GUARANTEED. Guides requests are NOT GUARANTEED. Requests for Tarpon Lagoon & specific Guides must be made prior to your visit and will only be considered upon receipt of all monies due paid according to policy. We will do our best to honor all request.

Gratuity
Recommended tip for a fishing guide is $40 per day per boat.
House/staff tip is $15 per day per guest or $90 for the week.

Reservations, Deposits
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge.

Guide & Room Requests
All guests of Casa Blanca may request a specific room or guide assignment for their stay. Guide & Room requests are determined by a "first pay, first choice" policy. Guests reserving and paying, according to policy, "first" for a particular space will have priority when Guide & Room assignments are determined. If monies are not received according to policy (see Reservations, Deposits section), Guide & Room requests may be altered without notice by Outdoor Travel Inc. or Casa Blanca / Playa Blanca staff. NO Guide & Room requests are GUARANTEED. Our staff will do their best to honor ALL requests, although circumstances may arise which may make this impossible, ie: A guide may be sick and unable to guide a particular week.

Cancellation and Refunds

A full refund, less a $500 per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations received by Outdoor Travel at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge. There will be no refund for cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled arrival. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the land/fishing package or unused air charter. If your trip is cancelled due to a hurricane or some other catastrophic event at Casa Blanca/Playa Blanca, Casa Blanca/Playa Blanca will make every effort to offer alternate dates, but there can be no guarantee that this will be possible. In this event, Casa Blanca/Playa Blanca will retain all deposits and payments. If the final payment is not received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge, Casa Blanca/Playa Blanca may elect to cancel the booking and resell the space. In this event, Casa Blanca/Playa Blanca will retain all deposits and payments. For your protection, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. It is available through our office or through most travel agencies. This insurance will reimburse you if you are forced to cancel your trip because of unforeseeable circumstances such as illness, physical injury to you or an immediate family member or travel companion.
