Guests of Playa Blanca are welcome to enjoy a variety of eco adventure activities.... or not.  Do as much or as little as you would like, there is an adventure for everyone at Playa Blanca Adventure Resort in the Yucatan.  Some of our more popular activities...

Kayak the yucatan.  Paddlers will love all the caribbean waters available to them to kayak or canoe.  The more casual adventurer might prefer to paddle the calm caribbean waters just off the beach.  Or for the more adventuresome, there are miles and miles of hidden mangrove waterways in Laguna Santa Rosa, once traveled by Mayan traders, that wind there way through the jungle to hidden lakes and lagoons only frequented by local wildlife.

Snorkeling the Palancar Reef from Isla Punta Pajaros, there is no place on the Yucatan better.  Without a doubt, if you enjoy snorkeling you will find that Isla Punta Pajaros is perfectly located on the west side of the Palancar Reef (the worlds second largest!) and it has many little coves and beachfronts with calm waters, teeming with aquatic life.  Avoid the crowds as your private panga with local guide takes you to the finest local spots only accessed by the guests of the island or the island natives.

Cruise the island road on one of our beach cruiser bicycles.  Or simply walk around on one of the islands many paths or wander down one of our beaches in search of your own island discovery.  Be sure to bring a camera, you never know what you might see.

Beachcombers will truly be in paradise.  Sit under our beachfront palapa sipping cool drinks, maybe take a dip in the warm caribbean waters or maybe take a nap and ask for a margarita & ceviche wake up call.  Or get with the staff and plan to have your own Palapa Palooza on the beach, with music, margaritas, fogata (beach bon fire) and dancing.

Caribbean Island Honeymoon

Playa Blanca is a lover's paradise.  Honeymooners should ask for our special Honey Moon Suite.  The only single standing cabana, set a little bit farther down the beach from the other cabanas to assure privacy.

We can make arrangements with the Chef to prepare a romantic dinner for two on the beach or maybe a sunset champagne toast on top of an ancient mayan ruin.  Feel free to wander down the beach to find your own private oasis.  If you had the whole beach to yourself, what would you do?  That's what we thought you would say ; ) Playa Blanca was made with you in mind.

With all inclusive packages starting at $2,695 per person and limited space, it would be best to make your reservations early.  The honeymoon suite is our most popular room at Playa Blanca.
